Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility
    The NHS Cup is exclusively open to NHS employees. Participants must provide proof of employment within an NHS Trust, Organisation, or Department at the point of registration.

  2. Registration
    Participants must complete the official registration form, providing accurate and current details. Registrations are subject to approval by event organisers.

  3. Tournament Rules
    Participants must adhere to standard football rules and any additional guidelines set by the organisers. Unsporting behaviour will not be tolerated and may lead to disqualification.

  4. Health & Safety
    Participants acknowledge the inherent risks associated with physical activity and agree to participate at their own risk. It is advised that all players consider personal health conditions before participating.

  5. Eligibility
    The NHS Cup is exclusively open to NHS staff members. Proof of NHS employment or affiliation may be requested at any time by the event organisers.

  6. Liability
    The NHS Cup organisers accept no liability for loss, damage, injury, or illness incurred during participation in the tournament or associated activities. Participants are encouraged to obtain suitable personal insurance.

  7. Media and Photography
    By participating, attendees consent to photographs and videos being taken and used by the organisers for promotional and marketing purposes across various platforms.

  8. Privacy and Data Protection
    Personal information collected during registration will be handled according to GDPR regulations and will not be shared without consent. Data collected will solely be used for organising the NHS Cup and related communications.

  9. Eligibility
    The NHS Cup tournament is exclusively open to current NHS staff members. Verification of NHS employment status may be required to confirm eligibility.
